December 28, 2024 - January 4, 2025

A SEVEN-DAY NEW YEAR’S RETREAT USHERING IN LASTING POSITIVE CHANGE

“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old,
but on building the new” – Socrates

How do you plan to “build the new” in 2025?

Don’t just restore factory settings but upgrade your whole system on the seven-day New Days, New Ways retreat, a transformational journey encompassing yoga, meditation, bodywork and three health-supportive meals every day, all while immersed in nature in the wild coastal jungle of Costa Rica’s intensely biodiverse Osa Peninsula.

As the year draws to a close, the holiday season can intensify life’s frenetic pace, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and physically and mentally depleted. The demands and obligations accompanying this time can drain our energy and leave us yearning for a much-needed reprieve. Join us and embark on a journey of reconnection amidst the serene beauty of nature, where the soothing ocean waves and vibrant jungle melodies guide you back to yourself. Enjoy this opportunity to unwind, reflect, and rekindle your fire, embracing a journey of self-renewal and connection that is sure to leave a lasting impact on your year ahead.

This retreat is for you if you want to:

  • Rekindle your fire, find clarity and cultivate a renewed sense of self as you step into the new year
  • Deepen your yoga practice, with daily morning and afternoon classes
  • Eat three vibrant, health-optimizing meals every day
  • Learn about how to use food to support vibrant health, with a teacher who eschews a one-size-fits-all approach in favor of individualized health-optimizing solutions
  • Learn the art of self-care through a rejuvenating myofascial workshop
  • Benefit from a menu of spa offerings and bodywork sessions
  • Reconnect with nature on optional excursions that include kayaking through the mangroves and horseback rides along the beach
  • Enjoy an unforgettable NYE celebration featuring a spectacular fireworks display

What will we do at this retreat?

  • Daily morning and evening yoga
  • Vibrant meals prepared in a health supportive kitchen
  • Nutrition class – no one size fits all to diet for supporting health
  • Discover the art of self-care through a rejuvenating myofascial release workshop.
  • Appreciate the healing power of nature through optional excursions such as kayaking through the mangroves and guided tours on horseback across golden-sand beaches
  • Menu of spa offerings/body work.
