Please join us for a transformative journey of your mind, body, and spirit through personalized coaching sessions, journaling workshops, and yoga at Nereus Retreats.

What you can expect:

The coaching process is a partnership with clients to empower and support you in achieving personal goals related to optimal health and well-being.  It is a client-centered, relational approach that works with you collaboratively to address health and wellness as a whole person.  Coaching acknowledges the interdependent roles of mind, body, and spirit as well as the innate healing capacity within.

By making long-lasting, self-directed changes that are in line with your vision you’re able to improve your well-being.  We’ll be incorporating movement, breath control and meditation through yoga, and learning journaling techniques to document the transformation.  All meant to support you in realizing self.

The personalized coaching sessions will include:

• Finding what matters most to you in life and the vision you have in living a life you love
• The central themes that are impacting your overall health and wellness
• Assessments to examine all the areas of your life
• Setting self-determined goals
• Support in brainstorming and overcoming barriers
• Holding safe space to support you in your wellness journey
