Bridget Angelica, ERYT500, RCYT
Bridget discovered yoga in 2014 when she stumbled upon a small asana book in a thrift store. She undertook her 200hr YTT at 19 and soon after completed her 500hr YTT, Kids Yoga certification, and Ayurvedic lifestyle certification. Bridget spent four years living in a community at an ashram to deepen her meditation practice and lead yoga teacher trainings. While her main trainings are rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa practices, as well as somatic mindfulness, she emphasizes personalizing yoga. She encourages her students to engage at a level where they feel comfortable and safe, yet challenged. “Supporting students as they connect to their inner self, exploring movement and breath, deepening awareness, and growing together, is a gift I’m profoundly grateful to be a part of. It’s my favorite job in the world.”
Bridget’s profound love and passion for yoga are evident in her lively classes, teaching style, and harmonium kirtan singing. In addition to yoga, she has an associate’s degree in Integrative Health Professions and possesses an unwavering enthusiasm for holistic nutrition, health, and wellness.
