These teachings, rooted in the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibet, are presented in a culturally relevant manner for Western audiences.
For the past 25 years, Lida Anne has supported and led many meditation retreats, always striving to offer an experience that preserves the essence of traditional meditation practices while providing opportunities for contemplative relaxation in natural environments.
